If I run a cvs payload deployment and it fails because I don't have a local directory setup, the deployment will continue to run, even though it claims it has failed. In the GUI, the status will be failed, but it will continue to run. To replicate, just use the same CVS adapter config, and have the source path specification of the deployment be an invalid path.
I checked a few more things. iwodserverstatus tells me that no deployments are running, but the Elapsed time in the GUI continues to run. This might be a bug in the GUI.
