WDK - keep the state of a component page

I need something that I don´t know if is possible. I have one component that reuses the dqlEditor.jsp, it only shows a table with some fields when you press the "Execute" botton.

I access to it from a Browser Tree node. I need to can change to another node of the browser tree and come back again to my dql node and conserve the table results that I had before. Is it possible??

since the implementation class is remaining same ie., browser tree, you can assigne the resultset to a private variable and always check if its not null then populate the grid.
