Update problems in the xCP development stack

Hi Guys,

Not sure if this is a bug in the xCP development stack or I am doing something wrong. The problem I am experiencing is that I make changes in either processbuilder or formsbuilder and save, validate, and install and my changes are not appearing in the executing workflow.

Hi John,

First,

please check the versions of the process and the forms. May be the executing workflow has a lower version?

Second,

sometimes forms could be not refreshed quickly enough. You can flush cache by running http://<server:port>/taskspace/wdk/refresh.jsp (first, logon the TS and after that run this script). It will affects 12 different Process Engine caches and one for Forms Builder.

Also you can reduce the refreshing interval of all those caches by setting the value cache_currency_check_interval in the taskspace\app.xml. This value is specified in minutes (so 10 means to refresh the cache every 10  minutes). A value of -1 indicates that the cache should never be refreshed.  Negative one is the suggested value for production systems. In development  systems where processes are installed and updated frequently, a suggested value  would be 10.
