We are planning to use Captiva Dispatcher for Scanning and Taskspace for Workflow Management.
Our requirement is some thing like this. What will be the best approach for this requirement
- User will scan 4 different type of documents - Application form, Educational, Previous Exp letter, Address proof
- Once documents uploaded then review Workflow must initiate
- If the Reviewer (T1 Activity) finds some incomplete documents/ Quality of documents is not good then he will select Rescan. The workflow will go to the Rescan Activity and will halt
- Rescan of the required document will be done (only the mentioned doc will be scanned and it is not rescanning of all docs) and export , the Workflow must start from the halted activity considering the existing Doc/Docs and also the newly uploaded doc
Below are my queries
1) do we export the individual documents as a single PDF or one PDF for each type (app form, education etc.)
2) If we upload as a single PDF, in case of rescan of a document - how will this new document get related to the existing PDF.
3) How to retrigger the Workflow to start from the point where it halted with the additional document?
