Advanced Search Component customization WDK 6.0 - Contents Filter

I´m customizing the component "search60_component.xml" in my WDK application and I need to add a restriction: the restriction is that I want that it only searches the contents inside a folder that I indicate. The idea is something like to add to the internal query the condition "and folder ("/Cabinet/Anyfolder",descend)", so I don´t want that the advanced search shows any other contents that doen´s exists inside this folder.Is it possible??

If Im not wrong, search60_component.xml is used to customize search results, to customize the query you will have to extend advsearchex_component.xml.

Hi,

you will have to customize the buildQuery() in advanced search and add location scope to it, i.e.,

queryBuilder.addLocationScope(docabaseName, folderLocation, true);

All right, what you told me is very easy to apply in the component AdvSearchEx_component.xml that uses the class com.documentum.webtop.webcomponent.advsearch.AdvSearchEx, because you have a public method called buildQuery () inherited from the superclass, where you can do something like:

     qb.addLocationScope(docabaseName, folderLocation, true);
     return qb;
}
The problem is that I`m using the Search60_component.xml that uses the class 
com.documentum.webcomponent.library.search.Search60, that doesn´t inherit the method 
buildQuery(). So will it be necessary to use the AdvSearchEx component?. I prefer to avoid, but if is 
necessary and haven`t any other option I will consider it...protected
