Different Methods for Sharepoint Integration with Documentum 6.5

We want ot integrate Documentum with Sharepoint, Keeping Share point as front end and documentum as back end.

The integration should support customizations and custom objects types.

One of the options we have is EMC ApplicationXtender, what are different options for integration.
