We have a situation where we are not able to view certain documents with Safari (version 5.0.5) on Mac (OS 10.6.7) in our Development and Integration environments. The documents are random and is not tied to any specific file type (i.e. PDF, Word, etc..). However we are able to view the same documents that did not open up in Development or Integration in Production with no problem. The Production environment seems to be working fine. As a test, I configured both Dev and Int webservers to point to Prod docbase and was able to view the documents fine. So I believe there is a difference between the Dev/Int and Prod content server (docbase). I also verified that the document that we are trying to view get downloaded into the "Viewed" folder on the MAC, but it gives the following error below and the document doesn't open up.
Error message: InvokeMethod() failed while calling: onReturnFromProgress Operation failed: com.documentum.ucf.common.UCFException: An unknow error has occurred. Additional information: Resource File is Corrupt. - com.documentum.util.mac.MacFileFormatException
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks!
