Hi, we have a requirement to import batches of xforms and associated XML schema into Documentum for use in Taskspace, and I can find no documentation or other material in the community to help.
Essentially we have a large number xforms defined by an external process and these forms will change (albeit infrequently) over time. We therefore need an automated solution to import the forms in batches, creating the necessary repository artifacts as we go.
So the following questions spring to mind:
- we need to replicate a subset of Form Builder functionality - is there a batch ingestion option?
- is there any documentation for the API that Form Builder uses we also could use?
- maybe there some nice XML Applications floating around that do this??
- what ever there is, is it supported?
I want to avoid manually implementing all the dm_xfm_xxxxxx objects and relations directly if at all possible - however if this is necessary, I want to do it based on some documentation rather than attempting to reverse engineer the output from Form Builder.
So any pointers gratefully received, and all options considered!
