Urgent: Server Configuration Program JVM Issue

Hi,

The Server Configuration Program is not running. Whenever we are trying to run, it shows an error that the valid JVM was not found, though all the classpath and registry related setting are perfectly fine.
Earlier everything was working fine on the server and this JVM issue came even though nothing was changed on the server machine.
Moreover we are not able to start the Composer on the server because of this JVM issue.

Below is the environment details:
Documentum Server Version: 6.6
CS OS: Windows 2008 Server (64 bit)
Java version: 1.5 Update 22
Database: MS SQL Server 2005 SP3

"Server Configuration Program" is : %DM_HOME%\installServer_Configuration_Program.exe

And is used to create, upgrade or delete docbrokers and repositories

As rule of the thinb, use the .BAT file (windows) to start an applciation, it will set all the environment to run the program itself.

On top of that, as Brian said, this is NOT the server config app
