How to load all versions of Document ?

Hi all,

I am trying to load all versions of single document from one repository to another repository. While loading each version of document it was creating new document in another repository. We dont want to create mulitple documents, All versions of documents should have to be under parent document.

Help me how to move all versions documents. It would be great help if any one can post code snippet
