custom menu items in ccpro

Hi,

I have a query with the custom menu items.
We have upgraded Teamsite from version 5.5.2 to 6.1.
I have some custom menu items under the file menu.
I am able to do the custom menu operations if I login into the WebdeskPro UI.
But if I use either of the CCPro UI the custom menu items are not displayed under the file menu(for the same login).
Can you let me know what may be the problem?
