Can anyone please take a look at the log file and tell me why the deployment is failing?

looks to me like no files have changed since the last deployment

Actually the deployment never occurred. From the first time , itself the deployment was unsuccessful. The result was always "failed". i wonder how there could be any files prior to this deployment.

what does the receiver (target) log look like?

are you sure the target has authorized this source to have access to the target directory? (/comsec/ts-internet-
stg/httproot/Investor_Center/ru_RU)

I thought you were just wanting to test the deployment, not actually expect any content to move...

'dont_do' specifed -- ** DATA WAS NOT DEPLOYED **

that line indicates that in your OD conf file, you have in there somewhere "dontDo=yes"...by default this value is "no", since a "yes" value forces it into simulation mode, no actual data transfer/deletes will be performed...

if all is configured right you still shouldn't end up in "task-failed" state, regardless of a dontDo value...
