How do I display repeating data from an Object in a Form

Hi Guys,

Here is the problem I am struggling with. I have copied some repeating data into an object in a workflow. How do I display this data in an electronic form? I have used a table in the form. When I load the data directly into the object using a Process Data Mapping Activity the form just displays a single row. When I load the data using a Process Data Mapping Activity through the form (buried down in the tree) I get a multiple rows displayed, but all with the same data.

It seems such a simple request to display repeating data on a form, what am I doing wrong?

Can you send through some screenshots of your configuration?

What you want is quite easily achievable

Are you displaying one or more than one repeating attributes?

Is it a regular eForm or a TaskSpace form (DocView or Task)?

I am glad that this easily achievable, it seems that it should be!

What I have is a table consisting of 5 repeating string elements. This table has 5 or more rows of data. I have copied the data into the repeating attributes of the object in the workflow using the copy function. I can see the data is there by viewing the properties. Where I have a problem is displaying this data in a form. When I try to display the data using a table in an electronic form all I get is a single row of this data. I am using an electronic form, the plan was then to display this form with a task taskspace form.

Please take a look at the 'Travel expenses' sample xCP application - it does exactly what you intend to do.

In-fact this sample application shows a table - where each column in the table maps to one repeating attribute - something you can't do directly on a Task form but can be achived indirectly by embedding a regular form in a Task form.
