Bam is not working

Hi ,

I have installed bam server and it is working.But the preconfigured dashboard does not display anything.It shows all reports empty.Note that I have turuned auditing on for several processes and I have ran them for many times but reports are still empty.Only process template list contains data but process instance list and others are empty.Can you please help me?

Thank you for your reply,actually we have several structured data types but 'reportable' is not checked for them.You know I don't want to report these structured data types.But at least I should get a list of running workflows, should not I?.But the report is blank,whereas there are several instances of running workflows with auditing on.By the way, how can I be sure that bam is installed successfully and working?

Just in case, have you activated process monitoring in the the Administration tab in Taskspace?

If you logged to PRS successfully, this is one on criteria of working BAM. Also you can check by entering url http://<server:port>/bam-server in your web browser. If BAM is working you will get the welcome page of BAM server.

So that means it is working. But I am wondering why I don't get any results.The reports are still empty.

Can you try to create a simple report descibed in BAM Implementation Guide > Quick Start Guide to BAM > Designing a Process Execution report?

I guess I have found the reason of the problem.Bam gives an error while we try to refresh a report.Here is the bam.log file.

Another problem, the date time on my oracle server host was 3 months back..I have syncronized cs and oracle host date time but still no results.

Problem solved.I have syncronized the server's time with time.windows.com and after this I have deinstalled and reinstalled the bam server again.Now it is working.
