Could not able to find "Task" coloumn while creating Tasklist form in forms builder 6.5 sp2

Hi All,

I am using Forms Builder 6.5 sp2, I need to create a customized tasklist for my application using Forms Builder 6.5 sp2. By default the tasklist in a taskspace will have column headers like below

Default Tasklist Column Headers:

Task, Process Name, Sender, Priority, Sent Date,Due Date.

My requirement is to create a customized Tasklist for my taskspace application so that the users of my application can see there tasks recieved using customized Tasklist. The below structure is the columns i want it to be displayed.

Required Column Headers to Customize:

Case ID, Case Ref No, Task, Sender, Sent Date

While creating customized tasklist form. I can able to choose all my process variables to show it as columns headers and i can also be able to select default column headers like Sender, Sent Date, Due Date other than the "Task" header.

So while choosing the column headers i could not able to see the "Task" coulumn header in the list.

I want it to be displayed.It will be helpful for me to show which task the users (Manual Activity) involved in the workflow are going to work on. (The Task name will be displayed as the same like what we had mentioned as manual activity name)

I have Forms Builder 6.6 and in it there are two columns: Task name and Subject. The first columns is the name of the Manual activity. The second one is the value of Task name field of the Manual activity.
