Dcrs getting deleted

Hi,
We are using:
Interwoven TeamSite 6.5.0.0
Operating System Smiley Frustrated

unOS 5.9.
LDAP: IBM Directory Server 5.1
All the users are being picked up from the ldap. The user-groups-roles association's are being done in Teamsite.

Yesterday we found many dcr's missing from the /templatedata/data/.
Today we have found all the dcr's back in the workarea, with the initial versions.
We dont have any dcr's in the staging as well.
As per the framework, we put all the generated JSP pages in the staging while deployment.
All the JSP's in that particular workarea got reverted back to the intial version's with iwadmin as owner.

When we dont have any dcr's in the stagin, how they came with the initial version.
