Manually associate previously created forms with activities.

Hi Experts,

I had a process template and I hade created several forms for the activities in the template.Then I have made several changes to the template and now I can't validate it.It says the "Activity Name" has validation errors where the activity with that name even does not exist in the process any more.When I save the process with a different name the error has gone and now I can't see any forms.

Is there a way to fix that problem? How can I associate the previous forms with that process?

Yes, you are right.

With the query posted by me in previous post you could link any activity (f.e. the Initiate activity) with the form.

Hi,

run query like this
CREATE dm_relation OBJECT SET relation_name='dm_activity_form', SET parent_id='<your_process_id>', SET child_id='your_task_form_id', SET permanent_link=1;
go to Process Builder, press Refresh button in Activity properties, bind form to activity and save process

Repeat steps for all Task forms.

I am using id of the file above.Is it correct?

I suggest you to run this query to get form's object id:

SELECT r_object_id, object_name FROM   dm_xfm_form
