Forms Builder - Subsequent Search

Hello,

New user to Forms Builder, I've created a search screen that retrieves a DISTINCT list of documents by policy number.  Now that I have that list I want to display a list of the documents for that policy number either by double clicking the row or by selecting the policy number as a hyperlink.

If understand what I am saying and have a solution please let me know.
