when i double click the idql32.exe it is blinking what i can do?

hi,

when i am going to the location C:\Documentum\product\6.5\bin-->idql32.exe and i click the idql32.exe the blinking screen is appeared.

That blinking screen having a error message

IDQL failled to run. dmAPIInit() returned a failed status.

my OS version:

Microsoft Windows Server 2003,Enterprise Edition,Service Pack1

plz show the screen shot and any one help to me.

Are you logged into Windows as Documentum install owner?

Try running the idql32.exe from the Windows command line instead of double clicking in Windows Explorer.
