Upgrading Teamsite - Base URL given is not defined

Hello,

Ive been working on a Teamsite upgrade from 5.5.2 to 6.1. It hasn't gone very well to say the least. The upgrade should not have been that difficult given from what i've read.

My latest problem seems to be something on the interface. When i bring up Teamsite i receive the following alert
ASSERTION FAILED: Base url given is not defined:

I haven't found any record of this problem on the forum. I have tracked down the error message to coming from a url.js file nested within the teamsite files. Why a fresh install would cause this i don't know. Doesn't sound like a complicated problem

Hi,
You should open a case with support if you continue to have problems during your upgrade. This KB article may also help explain the error that you are seeing in 6.1
