I have problem with PRS, I added some properties to pre configured report but it is not showing valu

Hi there. I am working with PRS. I need some help. I used pre configured "List of Process Instances" under "Process Monitor" section. I added "Properties" from Business data and checked some of attributes. Problem is that the report is not showing values for that attributes.

1. Can you see the business data in Data Source Preview (click refresh)?

2. Are you sure your business data is configured for auditing?

3. Beware of auditing process packages. Use SDT.

Hi Vusal,

If you have added Business Data properties in PRS, Please check the following things has been done:

In Process builder for which process you have included the object as package check Tools --> Process properties --> General Tab --> Audit Trail settings "ON"
Tools --> Process properties --> Data Tab --> Expand Packages Tree --> Select the package --> check the check box "This package can be used to generate reports"
