Even though this requirement is discussed several times in the forum , i want to know some more information to achieve this.
Briefly,
Capturing all the comments during the workflow process viz.save the comments just before the completion of the workflow and display it in WF Reporting Summary.
Display all the completed workflows along with Comments in a new column in INBOX.
Saving the Comments either into Custom Object Type (Most frequently used attributes are fine to display viz. querying over custom table/type) or Registered table is something i am also looking for , as i would move the application later to different boxes.
Appreciate a quick response , as this is urgent.
