How To Find the differences between 5.3sp6 and 6.6

Hello Experts,

I need to find the difference between 5.3sp6 and 6.6 content server, wdk and dfc. so will it be possible to check all the release notes fro, 5.3sp6 or is there any consolidate difference document where i can refer to find the differences or changes.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, you may have already found the answer by yourself.

The 6.6 release notes were a consolidation of all "new features and changes" sections for every release/service pack starting with version 6.0. So if you look at the Release notes for WDK 6.6, DFC 6.6, and CS 6.6, you should get the information you need.

Note that starting with the 6.7 release, the release notes are now release specific and no longer cumulative.

For the changes in the API, you should look for the Javadoc diff reports: look for "jdiff" in ECN and you'll find the various zip files that you can download. These jdiff report highlight the classes, methods, packages, etc that were added, modified, removed from a Java API.
