Disable notification from dm_getfile

How to stop notifications from dm_getfile in Webtop 6.5?.Please help.The client doesn't have Auditing management enabled.

Log in to DA  with a user with “System Administrator” client capabilities, “Superuser” privileges and select “Config, View and Purge Audit”  and select Audit Management from the browser tree. The management features will be enabled.
Click on ‘Audit System Management
Click on ‘Object Type
Select ‘dm_documen’
Select ‘unaudit’
etc..
