DCR in Y drive not updating

I have a strange issue with one of my branches.

Here's the scenario-
user makes a change to an existing DCR, closes DCR
re-opening DCR in view or edit shows that changes are there

When I look at the file in the Y drive, the changes aren't there, since they aren't there the changes aren't being made in the xml file after submitting. The changes are viewable from the Teamsite application, but not the filesystem. This problem is intermittent (unfortunately), so it's hard to troubleshoot.

Update on my issue. Support indicated that I should do an iwmigrate and create a new store. I did that and now things seem to be working properly. The new store doesn't have any problems when I run iwfsck unlike the original store which started having problems after my upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1 to 6.5.
