Unfortunately, it's not possible. You have to delete all objects installed by DAR.

I had just wondered if that is possible.

No idea if there is an offical process but mine is:

USE API to uninstall any lifecycles and workflows

Delete Folder /System/Applications/<my dar to delete>

Delete SBO & TBO modules

Delete all object instances

Delete all object types

Yeap I noticed there was no official way as well which is too bad. It would be a good feature in composer.
