Check-out, Check-in Issue In Taskspace v6.6

Hi,

I am facing a problem while performing the Check-in, Check-out and Cancel Check-out operations. The Import opration is working Fine.

Problem: While performing the above operation a blank popup window opens and nothing happens.

I have enabled the UCF logs FINEST and checked all Ucf logs i.e. Client system logs, User session logs but couldn't found any error.

I have configure the Java Console in debugging move but it's also fine and has no error.

Please help to resolve this issue.

The Taskspace 6.6 should use is the JRE-version 1.6 update 22.

I want to make a little correction.

Taskspace 6.6 requires JRE 1.6 update 18, not 22. As far as I remember, even TS 6.7 is requires update 20.

Yes it is very likely the problem is with wrong JRE version.

Thanks a lot for the replies. It was JRE version issue. I have downgraded the JRE to 1.5 Updates 22 and it is working fine now.
