iwproxy has proxied itself too many times

When I incorporate a text file into a frameset I have no problems. If I try to use .htm (or .asp) I get this error 'iwproxy has proxied itself too many times'. The .txt file and .htm file are in the same folder.

.tpl code:

DCT uses a browser element to choose the file.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Could it be some kind of configuration issue? Thanks.
