This is an urgent issue. Please help to provide any suggestion to fix the same.

A user is getting the below warning/error message while trying to view a document <pdf file/any file> online in webtop.

“ucf_e_specify_application: a valid application does not exist. Go to preferences and configure a valid application”.

The same document can be viewed from other machine using webtop.

Do you have acrobat reader on this host?If not install it that should solve the problem.

FYI

Acrobat is installed in the machine.

Even the document can be viewed if it is exported from webtop to local machine.

As per the error message, we need to configure something for particular formats in that pc.

But I am not sure what exactly will be the work around to fix it up.
