Not able to see the task In Dormant State in the workqueue

HI ,

In Dormant State am not able to see the task in my custom workqueue .

But when i click on 'Get Next Task' in the tasklist , the task opens and then when i close the task am able to see the task in workqueue in Acquired state .

Why iam not able to see the task in my workqueue if it is Dormant state .

Is this a bug in Taskspace ?

Am using Formbuilder/Taskspace 6.6

HI ,

User is assigned to ts_designer,queue_admin,queue_advance_processor,form_designer,docu.

In the first activity i acquire the task from Inbox and submit the form to selected work queue in the form and click finish .

But if i go to that work queue the task is not visible Since it is in Dormant state ,

Please, check:

- work queue on the Queue Management tab;

- if there is no some (hided) status filter on your custom Inbox Task list for work queue;

- can you check the work queue in the default Inbox tab?

There is no filter under the queue management Tab for the workqueue . Please see the attached 'QueueManagementTab.gif'

There is no workqueue for the Default Inbox . see athe attached 'DefaultInbox.gif'

Please let me know if am missing anything from scrren to search for filters

Sorry, seems I was not quite clear.

Let's try again

I mean, check the default workqueue task list form on the Tasks tab. On the form3.gif there is the custom task list form binded to your work queue.

Why I decided that there is custom task list form? I see the custom columns. On wq_tasklist.png I show the difference between default and custom workqueue task lists.

To get the standard one, go to Configuration tab > Roles > <your_role> > Workflow > Remove content template mapping (custom task list form) from work queue. Re-login and go to default Tasks tab and click on Work queues tree. There is must be tasks with any runtime state.

If i remove the custom TaskList from my Workqueue then the task in Dormant state is visible .This is fine .

But I have a custom tasklist which need to bind with my custom workqueue .

If i bind Custom tasklist for custom Queue why am not able to see all the tasks ( 'in Dormant ')

OK, that's it.

So, next let's check the Task List form template. Go to the Forms Builder, open form template binded to work queue task list.

Is there any Filter control? Like this:

It seems to me it must be there, it is hided and filter is set to 'not to show tasks with not acquired state'.

There is no ' SHOW ' filter in my Custom tasllist form in the form builder .

And there are no rules also .

So i just created a new taslist form and binded to my workqueue .Now is worked and showing tasks with dormant state also .

it was not about 'SHOW' filter, it was about filter. It was just a screen-shot from my system.

Yes, there might be some issue with the form .

but there is no where filter/rule in my form .
