Two Web Comp Servers for Two Library

Dear,

As our client only has one server license, they would like to have one library for production, one library for staging(testing). Then one TOMCAT for production library and one TOMCAT for staging library.

Could we have two TOMCAT web comp. server point to two different library of one mpserver?
