I have installed and configured the Grants Management Sample Application but the buttons "Send to reviewers","Notify Applicant","Request Documents" are disabled in "Grants Manager Form".Can anyone help me to find out the problem?
I believe these are workflow invoke buttons; make sure that all the process templates are installed.

Thank you for your reply.This buttons worked, except the grants discussion button.Do you know what can cause to it not to work?Actually I though it is due to collaboration services but they are enabled too, and this stuff is still not working.
You should be able to open the form and see what rules are being bound to the buttons.
Actually there are no any roles associated with that button, even I have created one my own it does not work to.By the way if I have enabled collaborative edition, do I have too add the users to a group or role for them to be able to create a discussion and or comment on a document?I know that there is a file new discussion I guess but how can I comment on a specific document using the normal menu items?

You should also be able to see what actions are associated with the button (eg launch workflow). I dont have the answer to your other question off the top of my head.
