Team Site login problem

Hi,

We have installed Team Site 5.6.0 on production server. While working on it randomly the user with which we are logged looses its access rights and we wont be able to create or save DCRs. When we restart the Team Site it works fine.

It would be great if you can reply as early as possible because this is production server.

I have run the diagnostic tool on the server and attached the report.
