Please let me know how we can attach a form to folder propertes so that it can show all the custom attributes and user should be able to update those custom metadata.
Are you trying to do this within Taskspace or just Webtop? If Taskspace, I think you have to create eForm that is NOT tied to folder type and use Process Builder Mapping Activity and map the values between eForm and folder properties. You should be able to do this directly with Webtop.
