Hello All,
I have requirement of target will be file system folder under IIS server virtual root directory.
Question is : 1. Is this target will be considered as File syetem folder or Website ?
Becuase it has to consider in IDS configuration object.
Another query,2. Do I need to install IDSx (Accelarated) component , if my target is above mentioned.
Just wanted to clear my concept on Virtual directory of IIS. is this considered as Site or folder, Becuase if it is considered as site, need to install IDSx as well. I believe IDSx is requried for only publishing on site not on File system.
Can some one clear my above 2 doubts ?
