Unable to open the files in Brava Viewer

Hi All,

I had configured the brava server for Taskspace 6.6, and it was NAT with public IP.

If I access application with in local work station, it is working Fine, but getting the following error when I access the application out of the Network getting following error.

Communication with Brava !Server error

Failed to Initialize

Failed to download from :http://****.****.****.xx:9999/taskspace.war/wdk/imageviewer/brava/generic.bin:

Please assist me. Thanks in advance.

Make sure that you can access the IP address and port outside of the network.
