Hi All,
I'm working on DCO project in our company. It's working (but still not stable), that we can drag and drop emails into Documentum.
But I got problems while trying to upload our archive emails (around 100000+ emails) into Documentum.
I've tried to convert .msg files into .emcmf -> succeed
Create new object (dm_message_archive) via DFC -> succeed
Open emails imported via Webtop and DCO -> failed
I think we need to set some attribute in dm_message_archive (ie. message_id, tracking_id, etc) and I was struggled to get this infos.
I've also raised a service request to EMC support and they told me that it was imported through DFS, and for more information, I need to contact EMC PS.
So I was wondering whether I can get some clue here?
Did anybody face the same issue?
