How to remove lifecycle from it's last state

Hello All,

New to Lifecyle creation.

Once I reache to final state of lifecyle , How can I detach / remove lifecyle from document object ?

My requriement,

2 state liecyle , first state getting prmoted scheduled pramote, aftre pramote on 2nd state performing requried action of Link / Unlink, now my requrid action is done, How can I detach / remove the lifecyle from document or set r_policy_id of document to null ?

Hi,

Can you give some more details about your requirement.?

There are many possible ways for achieving this.For example if you want to do this in a workflow then you can create an automatic activity and detach the lifecycle.

I do not want to create workflow.

My requirement 2 state Lifecycle.

Through TBO, Attaching lifecycle , so it will be on state 1 (will perform ACTION of link to some folder).

Will use Schedule Pramote, will pramote say after week time to next state , life cyele will be on state 2.

Action would be to unlink from same folder which I have linked on state 1.

After performing state 2 action, need to detach the lifecycle, as lifecycle work is done. I do not want to create any workflow.

Hi,

In this case, my suggestion is to create a job and query all objects which are on the second state of your lifecycle.Then update the objects and remove lifecycle.
