Attach files to dynamic folder

Dear experts

I have created a process that copies a folder structure into a new location with the BPM create folder activity.

Next task is a human task to upload several documents to different folder locations on the newly created folder structure. The attachment control in forms builder can be set default to an existing folder path but I cannot configure it to point to the newly created folder structure.

The BPM create folder uses a process variable "Project.projectName" to create the folder. See screenshot below. Is it possible to use this variable for the attachment control.

Note: The folder structure is big and this will help users to be guided to the correct folder when they upload a document.

I'm doing something similar right now.

I'm using the "Link to folder" activity to create the folder and move the attachments. Just make sure that the forms attachments are attached to the workflow.

Thanks for your suggestion.

The link to folder works to point out where the document template is located in the sub folder /Project/foo/document.doc

The next step is for the user to upload 4 document to different folders. I have not found how I can point the attachment control to right folder for each document to upload.

I see the option of using

"Restricting selection to flat list generated by DQL query"

Select * from dm_sysobject where .... Validate

How do I write the DQL query?

In the newly created project structure the file is to be uploaded to folder /Project/foo2/
