Hi,
I have a parent type say root_type and its two child types say request_type and doc_type. There is an electronic form of request_type type which has a TBO associated with it's submit button. When we fill the attributes in the form and click submit, this TBO sets and saves those values and initiates a workflow.
Everything was working fine. I got a new requirement of changing the parent type which had the same attributes. When i changed the parent type of request_type and doc_type to parent_type from root_type I got mapping issues since then and was unable to submit the form .Whenevr we correct the mapping and start again with submiting the form it again shows error that form contains error, please fix it.....
Even when we were able to submit the form , we were not able to finish the first task in the workflow whose task template has the document view template of the same type as that of the electronic form . All the values were reflected in the document view but as soon as we click on submit ,it says the form conatins error, please fix it.
I tried performing the same task with a different performer having a diff role from the user performing the submission of the electronic form and i was able to submit it. it did not give me the error of form.
I tried changing the mapping in the form. But the changes are sometimes not reflected or somehow mapping changes on its own. Now m not even able to submit the electronic form. It says form has errors.
Also if it gets submitted by making changes in the mapping of the form i do not get the workflow task in the inbox...the workflow gets paused.
As far as i think it is the mapping issue but i am unable to figure out how to correct it as i have tried almost everything to keep the mapping correct.
Thanks for your help in advance
Thanks,
Prachi
