Hidding fields in DCTM

Maybe someone knows how to do this,

I'd like to hide fields in the DCTM that are going to be set with a default state and I do not need to have those drop menu showing for the user as it will be set as a default value. How can I do this?

Have you tried to configure the document type "Display Options" on Composer?
