Temp files created by DFS Object Service Get

Hi,

     I am using documentum 6.6. i see temp files getting created and deleted in windows for byte[] outBytes = contentObject.getAsByteArray(). But on our linux servers they are not getting deleted, even after having delete permissions. I want to understand where it is getting the location for temp directory. Is it possible to give a different location in one of the properties? and at what point is the deletion of file occuring?
