Work Queue Management is not visible in Webtop/DA

Hi All

I am experiencing a problem in 6.5 Webtop/DA. Actually the Work Queue Management moduleis not being visible through Webtop/DA when I am logging in to the same. My user ID is having super user privilege. Can any body tell me what can be the reason behind this and how can it be achieved to see the Work Queue Management module ?

The user must be a member of "queue_manager" or "queue_admin" roles, have you checked it?

Yes the user is already a member of both the above mentioned roles. Still the problem does exist.

Restart the app server. Sometimes role assignment is cached.
