Custom Activity Templates xCelerator

Dear community

I tried to install the Custom Activity Templates xCelerator with darinstaller 6.5 but it did not work. I then used the darinstaller 6.6 and it worked. The problem is that I cannot see the new activity templates in process builder. I did this installation on my local xcp developer edition without any problems.

Any thoughs?

Hi,

Just restart the process builder and you will get the list in the process builder.If problem still exist then restart the server and check.

In addition to Aruns comment it might also be because you haven't added the Advanced folder as detailed in the pdf on page 10.

Installation TroubleshootingAfter you install the Activity Templates DAR file, the activity templates should be available inProcess Builder. If these activity templates are not present in Process Builder, complete the followingprocedure.1. In Process Builder, select File > Preferences.2. Select and add the Advanced Activity folder.3. Click OK.

Still does not work.

Server is restarted and there is no advance activity folder to add in process builder/file/preferences

6.5 SP2 and insallation with 6.6 darinstaller.

And you did try to click "New" and then enter Advanced to add it? If not, please do.

Also, run this query and paste in the result:

select r_object_id, r_folder_path from dm_folder where r_object_id in (select i_folder_id from dm_activity where a_is_template = 1)

I get the following error when trying to use the Copy Object activity with process builder debugging and it does not work in taskspace either. The same error on my local xCP Developer edition 6.6 and development server with 6.5 SP2. Any ideas?
