BAM Not Working

Hi Experts,

I have installed BAM D6.6 in Content Server 6.5 (only patches, no service pack).

CS and Oracle DB are installed in one machine and BAM Server deployed in tomcat in different machine.

Steps followed,

1. Installed Process Builder D6.6

2. Installed Process Engine D6.6

3. Installed Taskspace D6.6

Applied patch 12 in the same order.

Issue - Workflow audit details not updated in the BAM DB, able to see the WF name and activity details in the BAM DB but the start, end time, activity performer, etc details are not populated in the BAM DB. Can you help me to debug the issue.

Actions taken:

CS and BAM server are in same time zone.

No errors in the log files.

audittrail enable in the Workflow

docbase config updated to 0 timezone offset as mentioned in the release notes.

last run pipe in the BAM_CONFIG_TABLE set to behind the audit trail max utc time.

Still the audit trail details are not updated to the BAM DB, Please let me how to debug the issue?
