Set all default pastes in VFE to "paste text"

ive scoured the guide and have been unable to find a way to set all pastes into the VFE to "paste text"...

i.e. control-v, etc

the only way i was able to do it is if a user right clicks in the vfe, then selects "paste text"

the issue is our users are pasting in all kinds of code from ms word and its not being cleaned/formatted properly

You're SOL if you want a supported way to do this and you're in for a world of hurt if you want an unsupported way to do it.

That said, IE has a non-DOM onpaste event you *might* be able to kludge into place if you're willing to try, which isn't a big deal because I don't think VF works with anything but IE. But it wouldn't be fun, if it would even work at all. I don't know enough about how Ektron is implementing a lot of what they do to say if it IS even possible.

I may play around with it sometime because we're facing some similar needs, but my hopes aren't exactly high.
