Error with the Process Builder

Hi,

I have installed xCP Developer Edition on Windows server 2007. It was done successfully. All the services are running smoothly.

And all Tools like Forms builder,Composer, DA etc are running fine except the Process Builder.

While logging into my Documentum Process Builder i have encountered the following error:

"Documentum Process Builder ‘6.6’ does not support Contents server older than ‘6.5’ version. "

but the version of my Content Server (which i found out through the following path $DOCUMENTUM/dba/log/ and inside the log directory i found the server log, which is the same name as my repository name with .log extention. opened that log file and at the very first three lines, I could see CS version and SP) is of version '6.6.0.041'.

Do help me with this problem.

This could be either a defect with the Process builder.. However did anyone tried to clear the Documentum cache and try again. If that doesnt help then try by restarting docbase.,

IF not the other option is to re-install the process builder and see how it goes..

Even I am facing this issue. . I have cleared cache, restarted docbase, re-installed process builder but nothing is working.

I was able to rectify this issue. The installation owner didn't had sufficient permissions in Documentum folder under C and C:\Program Files. So I gave full permission to intallation owner for entire C drive. On doing this issue got resolved.

In my case[Windows server 2008 R2 ] the problem was the UAC. I turned off UAC and the problem was solved.
