TBO is not getting invoked from DA

I have a TBO (overrides doCheckin() & doPromote()) for a custom object type (child of dm_document)

This TBO is invoked from DFC code

But when the operations (checkin & promote) are performed from DA, then TBO is not working

(neither the logs nor the output expected, is happening)

I dont have webtop, so could not verify the same

There is another third party UI (which has integration of DCTM with sharepoint) - from which all the normal CM operations happen

Through this also, TBO is not getting invoked

Looks, there might be a common place where TBO is disabled, but could not find any

Searched the earlier discussions on the same topic, but again did not solve the issue

Any help would be appreciated

As all of us thinking around the cache, jars avaialbility in the cache folder:

cache clearance, app server restart worked for me

Hi. It is BOF 2.0 or not ? Have you checked dbor.propertis for DA, if it is bof 1.0 ?

Have you checked cache ? ( for example <DOCUMENTUM>]cache\ "version" \bof\"docbace name"\ content.xml ?

is the global registry correct in the dfc.properties file ?

What about the DA logs, do you get any error in there ?

<DOCUMENTUM>]cache\ "version" \bof\"docbase name is getting loaded with the jar files

But still was not able to get the invocation

Issue got resolved after clearing the cache (<DOCUMENTUM>]cache\ "version" \bof\"docbase name) and restarting the Application server

It is algorithm for this issue. If you look at the content.xml , you can see that class for tbo is not defined. Then you can clear the cache. If it is not helped, you should check object of dmc_module with this TBO. .
