we are using Documentum 5.3 Sp4 with webtop. We are having an issue where some of our workflows are moving to queues where they shouldn't be able to get to. We have a custom rules engine that routes workflows to queues based on user choices and this is the normal way workflows move from one queue to the next. We are seeing workflows moving outside of this process and ending up in the wrong queue. This looks very much like the "Move to Queue" functionality specified in teh Workflow Users Documents, but the users that are named in the "dmi_queue_item" table say they do not use this function. ( it is not available in our custom webtop implementation, but is still available in DA ( Documentum Administrator )..
Does anyone have any ideas of how a worklfow could move to a queue through a stock menu option, or user action apart from the "Tools -> Work Queue Management -> Move to Queue" option? Is there another way this option can be accessed outside of the drop down menu? If users are not using DA, then their must be another way to access this menu option...
