Not sure if you are looking for this process to be automated to pull out the information. But there is My Documentum for Outlook which has a seemless integration with outlook and comes in as a PST where you can drag and drop emails.

Thank you for given the responce ,Yes i find that My Documentum for Outlook is sufficient for my requirement and do you have any idea on Records manager Outlook Activator..If you know can you provide me the diffrence between the Records Manager Outlook Activator and My Documentum for Microsoft Outlook..
